Noisy Friarbird

The etchings were produced from nests collected, donated and lent by friends and relatives and also from access kindly provided by The Australian Museum to their enormous archived bird nest collection where I received invaluable assistance from their ornithologists and staff. It was only after being able to closely observe these nests that I was able to fully appreciate the skill and dexterity of these wonderful birds.
